Chef SayWhen is owned and operated by Seien Raugei.
She developed her passion for Italian food while living in Italy where she mastered the traditional Italian recipes mostly from her husband's native Tuscany. After moving to the U.S., Seien honed her skills at the French Culinary Institute in New York City.
