Our recipes follow the original Italian tradition mostly from the Florence region. Some of the most typical Florentine dishes in our menu are "Crostini alla Toscana" (an appetizer made with chicken liver pate` over roast bread) and "Arista alla Fiorentina" (pork roast with spices whose tradition dates back to the Renaissance). Among the pastas "Penne strascicate alla Toscana" is a classic dish with hearty meat and mushroom sauce.
